NEW WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS
Logos Trading Post, LLC is a wholesale distributor selling to qualified retail businesses. Businesses can apply to become a wholesale buyer and must provide a state-issued resale certificate. Ministries and schools can often apply for discounts with a state-issued tax-exempt certificate.

Minimum Order Requirements:
Opening Order: $350 minimum
Reorder: $150 minimum

Orders below these thresholds may be subject to cancellation or additional handling fees at the discretion of Logos Trading Post, LLC.

PRICING AND DISCOUNTS
Suggested retail prices are offered as a convenience and should serve as a guideline. We offer a standard discount of 50% on trade retail to customers with an established retail trade account. Please ask your sales representative about current promotions and discount specials. Promotional additional discounts are applied after the initial discount.

ORDERING, SHIPPING AND BACK ORDERS
A “back-ordered item” refers to an item that you have ordered, but it is either new and has not reached our distribution center or is sold out and awaiting inventory. Backorders are automatically canceled if items cannot be shipped within 90 days or if the outstanding items total less than $50.

RETURNS, SHORTAGES OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE AND BILLING
Shipped orders are not returnable unless the product is damaged, defective, or shipped in error. Please report all shortages/defective products to customer service within 10 days of receipt. After this period, no claims or returns will be accepted for any reason, including but not limited to tarnishing, scratches, battery issues, or wear from handling, storage, or display.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards, money orders, checks, wires, or ACH transfers. Net 30 Terms can be established with approved credit. Delinquent accounts will be subject to a 1.5% per month late charge. All orders are subject to the approval of the credit department.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
The recipient is responsible for customs duties, taxes, and other import/export fees.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of Logos Trading Post, LLC products and content is prohibited without permission.

All products are sold and shipped on a non-returnable basis. By accepting delivery, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
